So the City of Melbourne has been growing elm trees in a nursery for the last three years and plans to plant some in St Kilda Road this winter.

Why is it so hard, then, for the State Government to replace these elms it cut down in Albert Park on Fitzroy Street?

    The colour of these elm trees is fantastic. If the govt cuts down some of these trees, it should replace them.
