I thought so. At least the guy or gal has the chain and one tire. It might also help in proving to an insurance company that it was actually stolen.I have some good news:The three baby robins are on their way to Meet the World. I miss them already. I took a photo a little similar to that a couple of days ago, seems every bike rack in town has a wrecked bike still chained to it!
