Not from OZ so don't know how you people feel about this but I love the character myself as long as no deterioration of the building occurs I think it is more lovely this way... Love character,cracks, loose bricks, old wood, everything is getting gentrified, prettified, moneyified, I hate that:(

no way, it would look too strange imagine coming up canterbury rd and seeing a non peeling george, not right
As a local seeing it from Canterbury Road everyday I would love to see it painted outrageously. Neon pastels.
Just my opinion. I'm sure they'll just make it plain white.
I'll love it either way.
